We’re in the process of transitioning Nova1Net accounts to the new Sparklight billing system — an upgrade that will make it easier to manage your account online and stay connected with your services. 

During this transition, you’ll need to register in the Sparklight customer portal using your new 16-digit account number. We’ve sent an email and/or letter with your new account number, and it will also appear on any billing statement for or after December 2025. Once registered, you’ll be able to review your account, make payments, and re-enroll in Auto Pay if needed. Learn more >
